Basic Electronics Company Limited is a family ownership company owned by Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Alarfaj who was involved particularly in the trade of Electronics for more than 40 years (since 1961). He is the chairman for the board of directors as he owns 75% of the company capital. Assisted by his Son Mr.Qasim Mohamed Alarfaj as General Manager who owns 25% of the capital. Thus the company is purely a 100% family company.
